Even if it does drastically increase bloodflow to the clitoris, it isn't going to turn them on. A woman's sex drive is much more complex and psychological than a man's. A guy just has to look down at his bulging erection and go: "I need to **** something ASAP". A woman could have a swollen clit but wouldn't feel the need to have sex just because of that. It also won't increase lubrication, because it isn't actually turning them on. Look for a more psychoactive solution.
