need help - possible gyno

well guys im on my 2nd week and have been takin test e 300mgs per week. i have also been taking .25mgs of ldex ED and have noticed my nipples getting a lil puffy. they are not sensitive and there is not a lump yet but i want to make sure things dont get too far out of control. should i up the ldex dosage or should i add nolva? jus need some help guys...thanks
