Very first Cycle-I'm all ears to good advice!

    Hi Guys

I've just done blood test and my cfree testo, SHBG S TESTO levels are all on the lower range of normal. I'm 26 6'1 and about 80 kg or 180.4 pounds 18% body fat. I'm hoping to start my first cycle of sus 250 250mg a week for 10 weeks. I'm speaking to a dietitian about changing my bad eating habits and setup up a pretty decent home gym. My question to you guys is because i already have low testo levels is 250 mgs a week sufficient? plus it would be first time working out consistently for 10 weeks. thanks

How about working out for 1 1/2 years first? 10 weeks is NOTHING... really. Get your body fat down and your test levels will probably raise up naturally. Get everything in line first. Get your diet straightened out, get in shape and then consider a cycle.

it's like buying a stock car and putting racing fuel in it expecting it to perform like a modified high performance engine. It aint gona happen.

If your test levels still dont increase then figure out why, 26 is to young to have low test and dont use it as an excuse to use aas.

    ^Absolutely agree.

No offense, but if you don't have the dedication to train seriously for more than 10 weeks, and diet down to a respectable body fat, then steroids aren't for you.

    Welcome James!
There are a variety of issues we should probably discuss.
First, I will address your questions directly, then add some things for you to ponder.
On the one hand, you mention you have low test levels. Fair enough. Then you continue on by saying is 250mg sust/week sufficient?
My question to you is this.... sufficient for what? Are you thinking of remedying your low test levels with REPLACEMENT THERAPY? If so, the standard dose for TRT is 100mg cyp (not sust, although that could work) each week. Once you have established a schedule for a few months, a heads up endo would then have you come back in for more blood tests, and she may slightly increase or decrease your dose based on your "new" test levels. Since TRT is a life long commitment (say you live to 80, you ready to start injecting for the next 54 years?), it is extremely critical you get the dose right, and only a new blood test will tell you that, NOT anyone here!
if your goal is NOT replacement therapy, then 250mg of sust per week will not give you the benefits you are seeking, yet it will still shut down your natural test production... the worst of both scenerios. Finally, a standard cycle for weight lifting is 12 weeks, not 10. But probably close enough for discussion purposes.

So you really need to decide what it is you are trying to do here james. TRT, or CYCLE?

Next. You are clearly not ready for ANY cycle at this point (this doesn't necessarily mean TRT). You haven't developed your body correctly, either through your weight lifting routine or your "bad eating habits" - diet.

It is a mistake to think aas is some kind of magic short cut that will give you the body you seek without all the work. There are no drive through windows here james. No easy buttons to push. Do not think about taking aas. you will only do yourself harm.

The good news is that there are a few things you can do right now, today.

First, you go to the diet section here
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...rn-how-to-Diet
and watch the 6 videos on how to diet.

    Next, go here
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...-Nutrition-101
and read some of the information Narkissos, one of our vets, has supplied us with.

Finally, go to the diet section
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...DIET-QUESTIONS
and find a few sample diets from others. Use that as a template and create your own diet. Post this diet of yours in the diet section, and we will provide you constructive criticism.

You need to understand your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate). This is the number of calories you must consume to maintain your weight, given a variety of factors. Continue reading and discover how many additional calories you must consume per week to gain just 1 pound.

Since you appear to know very little about weight lifting, go here
    http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...KOUT-QUESTIONS
and discover some very basic information about how to workout, and how to make muscles grow. As a beginner, your body, once you feed it correctly and develop a good workout routine, (including, and don't forget, your LEGS), you will be surprised to see how much solid progress you can make in only six months.

You put in a solid couple of years of intensive exercise and diet, and if you are still not good with these results, we can talk about aas.

The bottom line here James is that aas is the LAST thing you do after you have dialed in everything else.

And before you stick anything into your body, you better understand all the negative consequences of your actions. Bet you don't even know what PCT is, do you? So while you are intensively dieting and exercising, you also need to be learning all you can about this sport.

This is your body you are messing around with, and last I checked, if you mess that up, you don't get any more.
