Cycle and PCT Advice

Hey Everyone,

Some of you may have seen me around the boards working on my first cycle for this summer, but for those of you that have not I will repeat everything...

Age: 26
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 200lb
Bf%: Aprox. 14-15%
Cycle history: None
Years training: 5

Main Cycle:
Testosterone Cypionate from Week 1-10 @ 400mg/week

(I am planning on having an AI such as arimidex on hand in case I start to bloat or see signs of gyno to run with the cycle at .25mg EOD)

PCT: (PCT starting 15 days after last injection)

Nolvadex:
Weeks 1-2: 40mg ED
Weeks 2-4: 20mg ED

Toremifen:
Weeks 1-2: 120mg ED
Weeks 2-4: 60mg ED

So my dilemma is this:

1. I have been doing my research and I cant seem to get a clear answer as to if it is best to run an AI (arimidex) during a cycle regardless of whether or not you get estrogen side affects. I have seen some people tell me only use it on a cycle if you see some estrogen sides, and others say use it regardless.

2. If you guys say not to run it on the cycle and I dont have any sides, do I use arimidex during PCT to lower the estrogen in my body?

an ai is good to have on hand just in case, my favorite to use is exemestane, works better for me than adex.

Re. AI on cycle, u can keep asking, but you will get 50/50 answers.

I am in the 50 group...hehe...the one that say, better prevent, than combat. Then ofcourse talking of the more serious sides.
U will bloat from Test, right, even slight. AI will reduce this.
An AI will reduce Estrogen=lower SHBG= higher Free test. Free Test is what we care about.
Use Aromasin 10mg EOD. It doesen´t "kill" the Estrogen, but blocks the receptors.
Don´t use AI in your PCT, Nolva will take care of estrogen control.
Frontloading your PCT meds first week is enough, actually frontloading Tore only should do the job.

Myself, I´m experimenting with the AI. Used it for my first 5 weeks. Total test slightly over the top range, however Free test through the roof. Stopped AI last week, and will do BW again on Monday, to see what it did to my values, then back on AI rest of the cycle. Now I will know exactly what the AI did for me..

I dont use it unless I need it.I read some where it can be bad for your joints or tendons.

Thats my problem, I have not cycled yet and do not know if I am prone to estrogen sides. So I would rather not put something in my body that I do not need.

Would it be safe to start arimidex during the cycle a minimal dose such at .25mg EOD and if I see any unwanted sides go t .5mg EOD? I do not want to lower estrogen TOO much because there are several negative things that can happen to the body.

If that is the way to go, do I start 15-18 days into the cycle?

whare a condome or do the pull out, its your choice. but if you decide to run it from the go start at .25 eod and bump it up if needed.

Remember u are deliberately exposing your body to an abnormally, off the charts Estrogen level. A level at where it doesn´t need to be.
One of 2 evils, which one do u choose. Although there is no side effects with 10mg Aromasin EOD.
Were´not talking about removing Estrogen, but reducing.
With 10mg Aromasin, my Estrogen level was still off the high range.

Seeing that this is your first cycle and your going into this blind, your better leaving the a-dex out IMHO and just see how you react to the test. Your dose isn't to high infact its a good starting dose and I cant see you having any major issues but if you have it to hand and you see any estrogen related sides just start taking it at 0.25mgs EOD. Log the results and how you feel and look throughout the cycle and you can go back and learn from it and this will help you design your next cycle.

Agree 100% add some HCG in this cycle with Aromasin EOD is the best way to go.
