please critic this layout
this is my 4th cycle and i will usually do a cycle a year if the funds are right.
let me know what you guys think. i appreciate constructive criticism
1-11 test p 125mg eod
1-11 tren a 125mg eod
1-11 masteron p 125 mg eod
2-11 winstrol 25mg ed 5on/2off
3-10 40mcg e3d (50mg benadryl on days off)
1-15 dostinex .5mg e3d
1-15 arimidex 1mg eod
9-12 hcg 2500 iu e5d
12-15 nolvadex 20mg ed
12-15 clomid 100mg ed
14-15 full clen cycle (to prevent muscle loss and keep energy up)
stats:
age 25
5'11 @ 195 lbs @ 6-7% bf
-first cycle 6 weeks test prop dosed at 100mg eod
-second cycle 10 weeks test e 500mg ewk, 25mg dbol first 4 weeks
-third cycle 12 wks test p 100mg eod, deca 600mg ewk, anavar 100mg ed first 4 weeks, ended with tren a 100mg ed last 6 weeks
i eat like a horse, my diet is as clean as it gets
meals as followed
1- 1 cup oatmeal 25g whey protein
2-6 8oz broccoli, 8oz chicken, 2tbsp olive oil
post-workout
1 cup oatmeal blended with 50g whey protein
7- 1 can of tuna 2 tbsp olive oil

TR, I think that here is one person below 25 who might actually be ready for AAS. 5'11 @ 195 @ 6-7% bf

Ok the diet posted or lack thereof is confusing. What are we trying to accomplish here?

Just to touch on your diet. Are you sensitive to carbs? That's way too low on the carbs for my liking. And that much chicken would drive me nuts. How about some lean read meat/fish to switch things up in some of those meals 2 through 6? Are you competing at the end of this cycle?
I would definitely recommend a reefed day in there once a week
