    interested in albuterol

    So i am somehwere around 20 % bf 25 years old 5'10 190 I am currently on week four of my first cycle andropen at 275mg eo3d. I have been reading about clen and albut. I am thinking about doing some during my pct. I am wondering what kind of bf % i will loose? I have read other people saying that they were taking it while on vacation and not doing cardio and had no abs before start and after 2 weeks cycle had a 4 pack. Any comments?

    it speed up the process of dieting it dosen't do the dieting for you

    im eating very clean and do cardio 7 days a week consisting of bball anywhere from 20 mins to an hour then eliptycal machine 10-20 mins. I am more interested in helping keep gains thru pct which i am getting mixed reveiews when doing research, obviously also interested in it burning fat tho also

    Hard work and diet is all you need bro, bumb your cardio to an hour of elliptical per day...

    Do your cardio after your workouts if your capable...its not easy.

    The fat burning process doesnt start for 10-20 minutes after you start your cardio.

    But if you are completely burnt out from an hour of weight lifting prior to your cardio, then the fat burning process will start within minutes.

    Save the clen/albu for sub 10-12%.

    i lift prior to bball or cardio. yeah im just gonna limit the chems i put in my body. To be honest I wasnt dietiing right before. Just the past couple months of half assing my diet then actually dieting right the last month i can see a huge difference. Ill be alright, thanks tho

    i am worried too much cardio tho i am gonna start burning thru muscle thats why i keep the elyptical to under 20 usually around 12-14 mins going from low to high intensity 3-4 times

    You have MUCH opportunity to get leaner only doing 12 minutes of cardio?

    If your really serious about getting in shape then bump to 45-60 minutes straight elliptical, if you cant go that long, then drop your intensity down a bit.

    You'll be fine trust me...just keep working out, and eat enough protein.

    1-2 grams of protein per pound.
