Will be adding Anvar to the mix in another 2 1/2 weeks for the last five weeks of cycle. Just not sleeping well at all and getting cramps in between the shoulders and in middle lower back thats it. I would think between supplements, gear and my diet I would be covered with what my body wants and needs. A little confused.
Any thoughts?

take some magnesium 400mg's before sleeping
magnesium opposes calcium and relaxes muscle and can prevent cramping and spasms post workout
next in line I would take potassium incase your potassium/sodium balance was off
and last but not least L-taurine can be used for cramps

I cramp also.
another trick I was doing was diet tonic water. the quinine, although very low dose, helps cramping.

At 2.5 weeks, its not the test.
Are you drinking plenty of water? Are you taking any other supps?
Major causes for cramps are; dehydration, low calcium, low magnesium, low potassium...
Are you eating healthy? Veggies?
