    A-dex sides

Started a test-e cycle almost 2 wks ago along with A-dex .5mg EOD. Having what seem like hot flashes or sweats. Not bothersome to me, but I'm thinking it's from estrogen suppression due to a-dex?

    Your assumption is incorrect.

Hot flashes and/or sweats are estrogen related signs, which means, in this case, your AI is not working as well as it should on the current dosage.

I would double the dosage and let us know if those sides are gone.

With all due respect, most of the information I research reports hot flashes being due to low estrogen. I just read a few sources reporting hot flashes as a potential side effect of arimidex as well. The general idea I'm getting is that the mechanism of hot flashes are not well understood. No big deal. Thanks for the input though. Peace.

dont do that,, .5 eod is plenty. Just your body reacting to test.

Exactly. And the hot flashes for lack of estrogen you are researching is probably if your a 50 year old woman going through menopause or something.

Thanks fellas. I was a bit concerned not wanting to suppress estrogen too much given it's partial role in muscle building. I'm gtg. Peace.

I agree with the low e analogy. Look at it this way if you are taking Enan for two weeks its barely building up in your system yet you have been kickin the crap of your esto for 2 weeks with the L-Dex. I would reduce the dosage and see what happens. Around week 4-5 then you may need to bump it back up to .5

Oh and one more thing....I recently started a cycle log in the "members cycle results" section and posed a question about a-dex but haven't gotten an answer. My cycle is:

    Weeks 1-10 Test E 500mg/wk
    Weeks 1-15 A-dex .5mg EOD
    Weeks 3-12 HCG 500 IU/wk
    Weeks 12-15 Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/25/25

Question is: Should I run A-dex that long (basically through my PCT period)?

    Your suggestions are helpful, thanks.

Thanks man. I was thinking that as well initially. I actually started the A-dex 3days after my first inj of test-e because I got sensitive nipples and wanted to prevent ERS. The nipple issue resolved and hasn't returned. I'll think about reducing the dosage to see.
