    steroid testing

    can the catholic school track association test an athlete upon suspicion of steroids. I HEARD THEY COULD NOT BUT I BET THATS WRONG AS f**KIN HELL

    If your talking about highschool then yes they can test on suspicion.
    NCAA can also test whenever and whoever they want.
