    New prop cycle any advice??

    25
    5ft 8
    max 15% bf
    4th cycle
    82 kg

    Starting my next cycle in may thinking of doin:
    prop 100 mg eod
    wini 50 a day
    clen 2 week on 2 week off
    t3 50 a day

    hoping to get ripped for summer. i lost a lot of weight over the last 8 month

    Going to do this for 6 week again i think. my last cycle did 6 week of prop and winni bounced back prity well. might stretch it out to 8 depending how its goin.

    At your bf you might want to look into having some adex around just in case you get gyno.

    Go with ed shots and that will minimize ur chance for gyno with more stable blood levels(bonus of prop) . also get some livercarebin there,ilk thistle , liv 52, etc to help with the winny.

    imo, don't worry about ed shots, go with yoru eod

    throw in an some a-dex at either .25mg ed or .50mg eod. this will keep your water weight down... which is low with prop anyway. and prevent gyno.

    winny is hard on liver. do some liver care... either run the whole time, at the very least, run the last half of cycle.

    imho, for best results with the clen , take it ed for 6 weeks with keto ed. if you go 8 weeks on the cycle, then just run it the last 6 weeks.

    also. no combo of chemicals will work as well as they will with cardio and solid diet... so don't expect winny to turn frenchfries into abs

    Bezzy... I would much rather see you get to at least 12% without the gear...

    IMHO i think the gear is a waste... Just get lean and then slowly add the AAS' into the system while reducing cardio and adding back in some energy to your diet...

    What is your diet...

    What is your cardio schedule....

    What results have you gotten so far...

    What results have you gotter over the last 8 weeks specifically...

    You have had that avi for ages and it shows you at around 20% BF...

    I kjow u say it is old but why not take it down... When someone says 15% max, that says one thing to me.. You simply want to think you are under 15% BF so that you fall into that category...

    Just my honest opinion bro... I would be intrested in knowing a more accurate BF estimation. Pics would be a good start

    cheers for your advice baseline will put a pic up tday will look for the camera now. lost a lot of weight 4 inch off my waist since i last spoke tou you following strong diet and cardio. here is a link to what my diet is going to be starting monday.http://www.podarco.com/fitness/content/view/59/96/. you advice on that would be good.
