Does bac water need to be refridgerated? I mean I have a 30ml bottle that I have been storing at room temp. Obviously, when I reconstitute my peptides I place the vial containing the peptides in the fridge but do I also need to store the bac water in there as well?

no. bac water is stable at room temp- you'll be fine.

temp for hcg ? just normal fridge temps, if your food is going bad, it's too warm- if your food is freezing, it's too cold ... it should say on your hcg amps or instructions that come with the meds.

I keep mine at 2 degrees and it seems to be working perfect.
