Bit of advice Please

Hi would just like to know what cycle you would recommend. I play Rugby at a competative level and its pre-season so am wanting to build lean muscle (no water retention), but not wanting to take a very aggressive cycle. have been given lots of advise in the rugby circle, but figured you lot would know your stuff.

I have been in the gym for around 11 years now and train pretty good, as is my diet, wanting the cycle to be pretty quick around 6 week. have seen alot of the lads have good results with Ginatropin and tren and masteron?? but cant afford the Growth as it costs a bloody fortune ha.

can you give aqn estimate on your bf, it would help,thereis a big difference in 204lbs 10% and 204lbs 20% in terms of side effects possibilities

I tried some winstrol by itself about 2 year ago, but not apart from that.

I wouldn't go tren first cycle it's the strongest aas out there and the side effects can be tough. A test only cycle with an ai to control water and a clean diet can work well. Another reason we go test only is to see how we react to steroids and when we get further along in or cycle stage we will be able to deter main how our bodies react to other compounds and if they cause side effects.

Can you advise a particular test and how many ml a week to have, and what i should have post cycle, sorry if I sound a bit thick but don't know all the INS and outs.

a standard first cycle would be something like
500mg test per week
long acting exther like cyp or enth would be preferable so you would only have to pin once a week.
12 weeks cycle
4 weeks PCT 20mg/day (minimum) nolva
off for 16 weeks

no offence to roman and not to confuse things but even with long esters most people, myself included perfer to keep injections 3.5 days apart to help keep blood levels stable. food for thought.
also 2 serms for pct nolva and clomid.

So if was just to take test 400 1ml a week for 10 week, pct nolva and clomid, do you think that would be enough to see good gains, obviously with a good training regime and good diet??
