Creatine and Test
What is the best way to incorporate creatine into first 400mg/we Test C cycle? I`m always getting a blast from creatine and would like to take an advantage to take my gains in overdrive. I was trying to search but couldn`t find any related threads about creatine use on a cycle. I was thinking about taking creatine in weeks 5-8, rest and then again weeks 12-for the rest of PCT. I always get a good response from creatine in terms of strength and volume.

you dont need to come of creatine, you can stay on it

Thank you, that what I thought. What about incorporating creatine into PCT to fight muscular atrophy and lethargy? Did anyone experience stacking creatine in PCT? I always get swollen like popaya and my strength increases by at least 25-30% after 5 days of creating loading.

Would it make sence to stop creatine on week 8 and then start loading on once cortisol level strats going up?

I heard about this too that loading is bull but for me personally the simple 5% monohydrate works magic. I`ve tried different ways but 5 days loading for me - perfect; as long as you intake enough carbs.
