    Whats the best stack for the first cycle of steroid?

    test prop and tremb 600 mg per week is it too much

    your first cycle should be test only bro so you can see how your body reacts... and you can i dentify the side effects of the 1 compund...

    ok so if i do some test propionate for 8 weeks should be good enought 4 the first time ???

    Stats ?? my blood is good ,no cholesterol , no triglicerine . im 5,6 150 pounds 3 years of solid workout

    A standard first cycle would be
    500mg test cyp or enth per week
    12 week cycle
    4 weeks nolva = 20mg day (minimum)
    off cycle for 16 weeks.

    BEFORE considering your first cycle, there are some things you need to do and understand
    first - go have your blood panels tested, including lipids (cholestoral), liver, test (total & free). you need a base line to know where you are at B4 cycling.
    have your blood pressure checked as well
    1st cycles should always be test only

    Before taking your first cycle, you need to have your diet and exercise routine dialed in. Go to the relevent sections and lean all you can.

    Aas is the LAST thing to consider, ONLY after diet and exercise program are right.

    Get some milk thistle while you are at it to help protect your liver
