on AR-R pct+letrozole, nipples sore as hell

And incredibly puffy, looks like i have a case of pseudogynecomastia.

I was running letrozole while running clomid and nolva as my standard PCT in a hope of reversing my existing case of lipomastia, but today im in my 5th PCT day and my case is degrading. Should i just drop the letrozole, do my PCT as intended (100 clo 40 nolva) then try gyno reversal on letrozole AFTER im done with the clomid and nolvadex ?

if your trying to return to hemotosis in pct why would you kill all your estro with letro during pct?
