    Lightbulb My Firts Cycle

    Hi .. i want to .. start my first .. cycle . i am working out from 3 months, restarted after 2 years ..

    I m going to take for 16 weeks

    500 Test/per week 1-16 Weeks
    400 deca /per week 1-16 Weeks
    40mg dbol /per day for 1-8 weeks

    PTC Novaldax and Clomid with Trubulas 500mg twice a day, and Creatine 10gm pre Workout for 8 weeks
    and wht should Novaldax and Clomid Value ..
    Can i use Liv52 2 Spoon twice per day on Cycle or use it on PTC ??
    and Can use Creatine on Cycle .. 5gm pre Workout ??

    I'm 25
    Height 5'10"
    weight 65 kg 15% BF

    having gud diet .. three Protein shakes 1st in morning 2nd 1 hour before workout 3rd after workout, and other three small meals too .. using creatine .. half hour before workout.

    Shake content 4 eggs, 2 cup oet, 2 bananas, 2 cup milk, and and i add 50gm of weight gainer in morning, 40gm amino mass in evening, and 40gm whey post workout ..

    I workout 4 Times a Week .. with heavy weight .. as i can .. lift ...
    Sct 80kg
    Bench 65kg

    Can I replace dbol to anavar or anadrol .. ???

    Thats a lot of juice for a 1st timer.You should run 1 compound to see how your body reacts.Also you not working out for so long.The new weight you can lift can damage tendons that couldnt keep up with the new strength.Good luck.

    It's not recomended to start AAS after just a few months of working out. Tendons and ligaments take a lot of time to get stronger. What could happen with you starting a cycle now is that your muscles will get much stronger and your tendons/ligaments can't keep up, causing an injury. Very common, I've seen it personaly twice.
    My recomendation is to train hard for at least a year reguraly, as in no brakes, before hitting any AAS. And your cycle has way too many compounds for a first.

    bty, you will probably have better results taking your creatine post workout, imo.

    I took .. Dbol 10mg twice a day for 4 weeks before 2 months... but am not sure that was .. Real or Fake ... My Trainer Gave me That ..
    But I gained ... 5 kg in Past 2months... by Dbol and Supplements ..

    so Should i Go for This Cycle ?

    143 lbs ?? 5 foot 10.. i would wait until you gained a little more weight. im new here and dont know very much about aas yet but it sounds to me like you still have alot to gain naturally.

    At 143lbs at 5ft 10 Bro you need a good diet.Not aas go to the diet section.And learn how to eat.I am not flaming you.You are under weight.

    agree with songdog,i would use test c or e at 500mg/week for 12 weeks for my first cycle,then add for your next cycle,you dont know how your body id going to react to test yet,plus any of the other of the compunds you mentioned,that way onlu using test you can figure out what sides is gonna hit you and you will know how to combat them,if you used all the compounds at once,you wouldnt have a clue which one is giving you sides,trail and error my friend......good luck

    Ok Friends.. Thx for Advice .. am gona take it .. I Stopped Thinking about Steroid .. and Increasing my Diet ... But I Saw Some Guys .... Advice me for Test E 500mg/w for 12 Weeks... Can I Go for It ... ??? with Gud Diet ...

    I Added 100gm Weight Gainer .. in Morning Shake .. and 100gm in Post Workout Shake ...

    Is Creatine More Effected on Post Workout .. Can I Go for It ... ??
