Hey guys im fixen to start my cycle. i workout in the afternoon round 530, Im adding Albut to my test e cycle.. Whens the best time to take it . 1st thing in the am or before workout?? going to start out at 4mgs and increase as needed. Also do u take it on empty stomach or with food??

The half life of Albuterol is about 4-6 hours so you'll want to take it multiple times a day on an empty stomach for it to be more effective.

I would use 4mg's before training
and 1 or 2 more spaced out during the day as well for fat burning
gauge how you feel and add another when you feel you need to
the first time you take it your gonna feel it working big time
I know I did :P
so take 2mgs in am and say 4 hour before workout
1hr before workout for peak concentration
dont take before sleep
Yeah figured id be up all night with that, with proper diet what kind of fat loss can i be looking at??
