My left nut has shrunk and partially ascended. Scrotum size and Dick also shrunk.. doc put me on straight Testerone cream even though my levels were fairly good.
600 at age 63. Now my doc has skipped town, I need to jump start my nuts to produce Testerone again.
I hear my only hope is HCG combined with some type of estrogen inhibitor. I have heard so many different stories. Does anyone have a protocol that works. This limp Dick state really sucks. I have stopped TRT but I really need help here.

Hcg will help with the shrinkage. You need to jump start your natty test with the use of a serm such as nolvadex, if you click the Ar-R hammer at the top of the screen you can buy it

Yea just posted this on another thread.. I like to run HCG for the last 4-5 weeks of my cycle at 500iu every 2-3 days ..real good way to get the boys back.

Don't mess with an Estrogen inhibitor unless you know your Estrogen is high.

I am not doctor nor do I have a whole lot of experience with this sort of thing. That said.. I would think the first question one should be asking is how long were you on TRT since starting at the age of 63 since the likelyhood of recovery if you have been on TRT for a long time is probably fairly low and perhaps staying on TRT but with good support, like lab work and ancillary compounds would be a better approach?

Maybe some of the experienced members can chime in here.

PS I am not surprized your doc has skipped town, prescribing TRT to a 63 yr old with a test level of 600 , and on top of that no HCG to prevent atrophy is a good reason to skip town.

No man. IUs per mg will vary depending on the compound. An IU is just a unit of biological effect and has no solid value in mass or volume.
