Not gaining on Dbol - Hardgainer
Hi there,
This is a first cycle and its DBol only. I know most people do not like DBol only cycles but, there is evidence this cycle has been great for some users.
Anyway, My Diet involves: 5105 kcal 150g Protein 766g carbs 147g fat
DBOL Dosage: 35mg/ed
Nolva: everyday during and after cycle
Letrozole 1.25mg/eod
5600mg milk thistle
PCT: Clomid
EFX Test charge (works very well bringing back testosterone to highest natural level)
Nolvadex
5600mg milk thistle
Age: 22
Height: 5'11
Weight: 150lbs
So, its been 1 week and I have not gained anything??? I read somewhere that hardgaining ectomorphs should at least cycle on 40mg/ed on Dbol, so maybe I should increase dosage from 35mg to 40mg?
Thanks GuysLast edited by sdot15; 04-25-2011 at 05:21 AM. Reason: more details

Your running letro and nolva? i wouldnt be running letro unless you get estro sides.
Your protein seems alittle low, but i dont think that would be hampering your results too much
Are you sure the dbol is legit?

Im running letro just randomly during cycle to be honest, to avoid the infamous bloat..
150g Protein too low? Guess I'll increase it to 200g today then..
The dbol is legit, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the website but they are pharamaceutical assured.
One thing I know, is that I'm a real hardgainer with small bones and very low body fat. Someone did post on another thread that steroids work well at low dosage generally with Mesomorphs and Endomorphs. Hard gaining ectomorphs would have to increase the dosage to have the same impact, and on dbol it should be at least 40mg. <<< I'm kind of starting to believe that lol
Also, I have no side effects whatsoever on 35mg this week... no bloat, no nothing......
Dbol manufacturer: : British Dispensary (pink tabs 5mg each)Last edited by sdot15; 04-25-2011 at 06:02 AM.

Yeah id go for the basic 40carb/40pro/20fat ratio. Your current diet is 61.5carb/12pro/26.5fat.
I would drop the letro, i ran arimidex with my dbol and i still got some bloat. but who cares... its just water.
As for increasing the dosage.. i would run 35mg for 2 weeks, then up it to 40mg the last two if needed.
Are you getting any strength gains?
Whats your PCT protocol?

I know it's not what you want to hear but I agree with the above post. Age and diet. You may be eating good now but for how long? Try eating like this for the next 2 years and working out the same. You will see good increases of size and strength without any aas. Any size and strength you gain now will probably be lost shortly after due to diet. If you cant gain and maintain now you wont after cycle.

PCT
Day1 60mg Nolva
Days 2-11 40mg Nolva
Days 12-21 20mg Nolva
50mg Clomid ed for 21 days (taken with nolva, but in the morning)
EFX test charge (2 serving in the morning, 1 serving before bed) - This stuff is really potent apparently...
Anti-aromatase I think its called (comes with the EFX test charge pack free... You take it before bed)
To be honest, I know my Testosterone levels will shoot back in no time with the EFX test charge and especially with added clomid, I've used it before when I was natural and OMG that stuff is like tribulus on steroids lol, I think Flex Wheeler adverts on this made me give this product a shot!
Everyones saying that I'm too young?? That's crazy, I thought this is the age that is recommended at least... Diet will increase with 200g protein....

You are too young and do not possess the correct knowledge to gain weight naturally. Any weight you do gain from your cycle you will instantly lose because you are not dieting properly. I also doubt 200g of protein is enough either, and I also doubt your even eating bodybuilding meals. It's not enough to say I consume "200g" of protein. Does a person who drinks 7 shakes a day look the same as someone who ate clean meals and had a shake PWO only ? No !
Your body is still developing, specifically your endocrine system and your tendons and ligaments. By adding so much weight and muscle so quickly at your age, you put a lot of strain on all the tissue that connects your muscles and bones together. Going from benching 225 to 315 is a very long process (just a small example). Taking steroids and jumping that high in a month means your going to tear your muscular tissues. A broken bone takes a few months to recover. Want to know how long it will take to repair a torn rotators cuff ? Try atleast a year.
Finally, you haven't even done significant research and barely know what your putting in your body. If I gave you a vial of oil and said it was Test would you just randomly inject it into your body? "This stuff is really potent apparently..." Apparently, not.
Not trying to be rude but your lack of knowledge and assumed inefficient dieting, coupled with your age is significant evidence that you should not be doing anything except eating properly. You only weigh 150 pounds. Scotty's left leg weighs that much.

Not gonna lie... I did gain 8lbs in weight with that diet and training 3 times a week in one month... but then I stopped gaining naturally for 2 weeks, I think this is when you should increase calorific intake? I think I've just been frustrated and wanting gains fast, impatiently.. I went from 11stone 7lbs to 12stone 1lbs believe it or not, but I still think I look the same.... How much in pounds of weight gain would you notice a difference?? Ahh, I can't thank you guys enough for educating me, and thanks for holding back on the rude remarks lol

Its sometimes hard to notice you have grown because you see yourself in the mirror every day.
There is many varibles that depend on how well you grow. The main ones are Diet, Training and Sleep. Then there are the others such as metabolism, body type, genetics etc.
Just because your not constanly putting on weight doesnt mean your not going to grow anymore, many people put on weight in spurts.
To begin with, post your diet in the diet section where you will get some help.. Once you have your diet down then focus on getting your training as good as you can get it.
