    Unhappy hi im newbie. help me to choose the right steroid

    hi i dont know anything about steroids
    but i want to be really muscular
    i DONT want to gain weight. i want to stay SKINNY but with muscles.
    i want much abs muscles. any suggestions? what is the best way to have much muscles but stay skinny
    i think i need some steroids. i dont have any luck without them

    Your to small man and for sure to young. Hit up the diet section plenty of pros in there that can help you put on some weight naturally.

    He's some advice for ya man. Go get a 10cc syringe from a pharmacy. Fill it up with air, then find the biggest vein you have and shoot all that air in there. You'll be doing the world a big favor
    (lol sorry guys I had to, I'm on my 2nd week of tren cycle and retards like this make me rage)

    And OP, for legal purposes. I was not serious, do not do what I suggested.

    spend some time in the diet section and do some research on how to build your body without steroids first

    im 19 turning 20 this sunday and im like him that i dont know much about steroids when i played football (varsity) i was on protein pills cretine and testosterone booster i weighted 178 bench weight (full ten reps) of 245 now i havent done much much since bout 2 years and looking to get ripped again i dont want to do cardio except to maintain my good heart rate (resting 72) just want big shoulders and arms right now i weight about 155 and last time i went to the gym it was 195 full ten reps i have a forum here asking for some help but im gonna do this properly and the fastest way possible its hard to get my weight up cuz i eat something and shit it out 30mins after so i have a heavy deit (when i played football) about 4500 now its about 3000 (i eat alot) so email me [email protected] so i can ask you questions i cant on here
