First time using dianabol

Hey everyone im new to the site how are yah?
I just need to some tips on the best way to use dianabol , i'm a first time user and i want to maximise my gains while i am taking it.
I am going to be doing a 4 week cycle and going to train my ass off. I have been training for about 2 years now.
Should i have a strict diet while i am doing my cycle and what other things to you recommend?

I am 19 and 20 in November
I am about 180cm
Prior to my consistent training about 8 months ago i was between 68kg and 70kg, now since than i am between 78kg and 80kg. For some reason i stopped gaining weight for about 3 months :S
Body Fat i got no clue.

i was thinking of doing a dbol cycle during the winter to mass up although i have heard it gives you high water retention. But i was thinking as it gets closer to summer to try winstrol to help with cutting.

do not use aas under 25 yrs of age!!! not worth messing up your erections for life. plus dbol as a first cycle is a horrible idea
