    Gyno surgery time in Canada

Hey guys,I'll get right to it... I have had this lump under my right nipple since prob may last year when I was doin 2ml of supertest 450 every 5th day.( prob too much I know now)

It has grown a bit since then, it's not huge (smaller than a marble) but lately it's making me crazy, can't tell if it's growing or what.( it's medium to very sensitive all the time) and I can't stop lookin at it at the gym ( even though my buddys think I'm crazy and they say it's barely noticable unless u really look)

I have tryed arimidex a couple times and I'm currently on it (taking 0.5mg everday). At first it brought it down dramaticly and now It really seems to do nothing ( it's prob real , the gear is and it's same brand) I haved tryed the letro route b4 with similar results( shrunk at start then got sensitive and itchy again, also lost all sex drive for the 3-4 weeks i was taking it and like 2 weeks after)

I live in Canada and was told getting the lump removed it was covered by Medicare. So does anyone know if this is true? And do I go tell my doc
    A: I've got a lump and I don't know how I got it? ( play dumb)
B: I have been taking AAS and it's caused by that and I need it removed
C: or anyone else have better ideas?

I really think I should just cut it out and stick to smaller doses.

I know ull prob all ask so...
    I'm 5,10
    210 approx 14% bf
    27 years old
Working out on off for 10 years last 5 really serious
My diet is pretty good ( protein carbs good fats and veggies 4-5 times a day plus shakes , bars and nuts etc in between)
    Techniquly my 5th cycle
I'm taking 500 Mgs test c every 7 days currently

    Really appreciate the help guys

This is one of the very few times I would recommend lying to your Dr...If he finds out you have gyno from "abusing" illegal drugs, there is no way Medicare is going to cover it. I had gyno surgery when I was 19. However, I got mine form puberty and not AAS...I just went in there and said I have lumps under my nipples that hurt like hell if they're touched...And since I played basketball and would always get a few elbows, it was a huge issue...My insurance covered it since it was causing me pain and it wasn't considered "cosmetic" then.

PS I have no idea if the surgery would be covered by Medicare in Canada...I know in the US getting your insurance company to cover the surgery is usually a b*tch because they view it as a cosmetic surgery and not something that NEEDS to be done.

That's kinda what I was thinking too.. Telling him it's very painful... Any more opinions anyone?

IF you live in Ontario its covered by health care ( i used to live there)

What do you tell your doctor ? you tell him you got this lump, and it bother you... its his job to figure out what that lump is, and what to do ( even if you already know)... you can even tell him, that you are afraid it may be cancer ( lots of men have breast cancer).
IF you already prone to gyno why are your taking Test C, you want to make it worst???? are you taking anything else to help with your current cycle, and your Gyno????

I live in bc... Umm what test would I do that is better than c for gyno problems? I didn't know one was better than another and I didn't want to run any cycle without test...I am currently taking 0.5 g arimidex everyday, but honestly feel like it does nothing... It seems to be growing or pulseing in size very slowly and I don't like it.

I thought it was covered, but they wouldnt cover it for it to be done by a plastic surgeon so some people were getting hack jobs.

I went to my family doc who sent me to an endocrinologist and they did a bunch of blood work, then once everything was looked over and my blood work was ok I went to a surgeon who looked me over and then sent me to a plastic surgeon lol then she looked me over and basicaly told me that the only way she could do both sides and cover it with health care is if it was causing me pain which it was.

I waited about 6 months I think to get surgery. She did a shitty job! didnt get it all and some has grown back so im guessing she didnt know wtf she was doing but atleast its better then it was before.

Recovery sucks! you will be out of the gym for atleast 6 weeks and you cant do anything for about 2-4 weeks other then sit in bed and watch t.v.

All in all if its really bad then I would say it is well worth it but if its not that noticable get on some letro and kill it that way.

Wow...That is horrid...I waited 2 weeks for my surgery after my initial consult with the surgeon, he did an awsome job, went out with my buddies the same night of the surgery, and I was only out of the gym for a week...Sounds like your surgeon was just plain awful lol

Alot of good info on here already. I would give Nolvadex a try to reduce it also, first.
Our healthcare does cover it, if it effects your quality of life, like pain. Cosmetically your out of luck. Do not tell your doctor that it is from AAS. Play the dumb card and let him do his job. Make sure you are off all gear and your hormone levels are back to normal before seeing the

doctor. He will send you in for blood work to find out the cause.

Having said that, you will be covered, however there is a few things to consider. (1) the most important, the surgery most likely will not be performed by a plastic surgeon and from my research it will be noticeable. (2) get ready to be put on a waiting list for a long time... your

surgery will not be priority (3) if you can afford it go with the plastic surgeon route. I researched my plastic surgeon and i shit you not... I cannot tell where it was performed, zero scarring, zero collapsing of the nipple, zero fat striations from the suction wand. Absolutely perfect

job... cost was around $3500.00... one of the best surgeons period. PM if you wish the plastic surgeons info. Best damn investment Ive made.

IF you already have Gyno any kind of test will make it worst... some of the test will turn into estrogen, and will make your Gyno worst.... either dont do a cycle at all, or try to minimize the problem by taking nolvadex and proviron the entire cycle ( nolvadex will block the estrogen, and proviron will realese more test so it does not turn into estrogen).
IF your Gyno is bad, the best thing is not to do a cycle... get your surgery done first, then next time you cycle, and since you already know you are prone to gyno, take the right steps while on a cycle.
Arimidex should also help, actually probably better then nolva... are you sure your arimidex is real????

IF you go with Nolva try 40 mg a day...once you think its getting better cut down to 20mg or even 10 mg a day.... as for proviron, 50mg a day ( 2 pills) should be fine...

I had the surgery done about 10 years ago and it was covered by OHIP in Ontario. I played stupid and said they just appeared out of no where. You first have to go see your family doctor who will then refer you to a plastic surgeon. The surgeon will fill in the OHIP forms and send them off to be approved or not. The surgeon couldn't care less how you got them, he just wants it approved so he can get paid, but id still play stupid. With in 2 months i was getting them removed.
