    Tren/Test Prop/Winny Oral/T3....Clen/T3 at the end

    Ok guys,

    Stats:
    Age: 33
    Height 5' 10"
    BF% 16%
    Weight 178

    Here is my cycle that I am thinking of doing.

    Wk1 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk2 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk3 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk4 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk5 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk6 Test 500mg 1 AW, Tren 1ML AW, Winny 50mg ED, T3 25mcg ED, HCG ED
    Wk7 Clen 100mcg/T3 25mcg, PCT ED
    Wk8 Clen 120mcg/T3 25mcg, PCT ED
    Wk9 Clen 140mcg/T3 25mcg, PCT ED
    Wk10 Clen 160mcg/T3 25mcg, PCT ED

    Run Nolva or Tomix as my PCT because I have gyno still a little bit and trying to avoid it the best I can. Please critique.

    what have been your previous cycles?

    You dont want to be running t3 at the end of the cycle and in pct. You also dont want to be running hcg ED,

    whats your pct?

    I have only done two cycles and that was roughly 6-8 years ago. Omnadren /Test Prop and Winny only cycle, stupidly off course on both. This was pre the net and no good source as to what to take so I barely took any PCT post the winny and none at all post the Omnadren cycle.

    I prefer to just run Winny and Test but after reading how well it works with Tren I said why not but it's getting expensive with the hcg and pct. I really just would like to run one to two things to cut up but I can get Tren for a deal so I thought why not. I meant to run HCG 1AW, PCT was going to be Letro & Liquid Clomi but I am not sure how long. Your advise would be appreciated because I see so much conflicting opinions on the forum I am a bit lost.

    You need to forget about tren , its for the advance and its not for someone with no cycle experience. You also need to look at your diet and start building a more of a solid base, go to the diet section and post your daily diet. You also need to start on just test only when your ready and forget about all those compounds. Check out the pct section for research on pct protocols. But your first step is your diet and getting to grips to building a bse so you can attack your goal.

    I have posted my diet and Grice has "blessed" it so to speak. Here it is just in case you want to see it. Just Test? No Test/Winny? How long on Test only? Test Prop or Test Suspension?

    Edited Diet!!!!!! I cut the fruit down a lot but I couldn't totally get rid of it yet but soon I will cut most if not all of it out.

    Breakfast
    1/2scoop Whey Protein(1 scoop on workout days)
    1/2scoop Casein Protein(3/4 of a scoop on workout days)
    2 Strawberries
    8 Blueberries
    4" Banana
    1/2cup of egg whites(3/4cup on workout days)
    2 tablespoons of Flax Seed
    1/2cup of oats(3/4cup on workout days)
    Metamucil cinnamon spice fiber wafer bar
    2 glasses of water
    4 cups of ice

    Multivitamin
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin E
    Iron
    Yohimbine HCL
    Flax Seed Oil
    Taurine
    Vitamin B

    3 hrs later
    4oz Chicken Breast
    1oz tomato
    1/8cup green peppers
    4 black olives
    .5oz of whole grain spaghetti

    3hrs later
    4oz chicken Breast
    1cup Broccoli

    3hrs later(preworkout)
    4oz chicken breast
    1/4 cup of Yams
    1/2cup zero percent milk
    1cup water
    1/2scoop whey protein(1 scoop on workout days)

    postworkout
    1/4cup of brown rice
    1-2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
    1/2scoop casein protein(3/4 on workout days)
    1/2cup egg whites
    1/2scoop whey protein(1scoop on workout days)
    1/2cup zero percent milk
    1 cup of water

    I drink 16-18 glasses of water a day.

    259/162/44 on workout days. Non workout days I am at 207/133/32.

    You could go with test P for 8 weeks at 500mgs per week or and it you wanted to add the winny for the last 4 weeks of the cycle. Have an AI to hand and run hcg at 250ius 2 x weekly throughout the cycle and go with nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50 for pct.

    I wouldn't continue to run the T3 after you stop the prop...you more than likely will be sacrificing muscle.
