Asking for the future

Hello, I'm curently natural and going to be for like atleast 4 years, I'm 18 now. Waiting until 24 and then start my first cycle. Reason behind that is I want to be personal trainer and I need time to learn all about nutrition and training.
I live in Finland and wanted to ask what would we safe country to order from thru internet? Why am I asking this, because I'm not sure that I can get source from Finland. Also I'm not asking for source just I would like to know wich countries have sources?
P.S if someone know how stricts is finish border?
