You would want to worry about when u start running out of friends, cause they dont want to be around u lol.

But yes all boils down to that diet. I have it really bad, cause i have so much protein intake. There is stuff u can get to clean ya gut out, u should look into it. Good luck.

To much milk products dairy based protein powder is a big one for gas. Switch to a hemp/veggy/whole food based protein it will keep the gas away for good we are the only mammal to drink another mammals milk its not made for us to digest properly and its hard on our guts to break down thats why most people get such bad gas. Gas will be very unlikely with whole foods in the original state unless you are eating it in excess.

If your wondering if it's the steroids , it isn't. Definitely diet. I remember when I first started a real high protein diet I almost lost some friends...LOL. Fortunately you'll adapt. I find it's also helpful to carb cycle once or twice a week (swap grams of protein for grams of carbs). For instance if your eating 400 protein/ 280 carb/ 100 fat on Monday and Thurs I'll go 400 carb/ 280 protein and leave the fat the same. It will give your system a break and keep your body from eliminating all that protein as waste.

Its not bad until you crap your pants in a public place.. On the positive side it can help to hurry up a line at the grocery store or bank.

It is gear sometimes. I eat the same diet for the most part everyday. If I up my trt over 150mgs per week I get baaaaddd gas. I found that eating fiber HELPS me.

I stand corrected. For me it makes no difference if I'm off the Test or doing 1.5 grams a week.

Gas is caused almost exclusively by carbs (except for rice , rice=no gas). Soluable fiber (found in oats) is esp known to cause gas because it is digested in the large intestine where gas is most often a by product of digestion.
Aside from an allergy - proteins and fats do not cause gas.
Eating too fast and swallowing air can also cause gas to an extent.
