Clen/T3 cycle need help :D

hello
i thought of taking doing a cycle before but some guys told me to wait until 25 and convinced me, as im doing good now naturally :)
i have been cutting for a while now and got to 16% bodyfat. so i got some clen and t3
and i want to put them together in a cycle. i never did steroids before
i have been working out for almost 2 years and i will turn 23 in may...
i've read alot about this cycle but i saw many cycles and i couldnt tell.
so do you think i should do only clen ? or both? and can you write me the cycle plz... thank you

You should do some readings especially about T3, you know it works on your thyroid gland ? if your gland burns 20 % fat/day tren will make it burn around 50 to 60 % as i recall... but believe me you don't want to mess with your thyroid gland.. besides i advise you to wait a little more.. perhaps in your case the best thing to do is find a proper diet and do cardio on daily basis. I'm personally using clen/t3 but i'm very careful when it comes to t3..

dont do T3 at your age especially! it fuks with ur throid, which is one of the least known organs we have, and u can get off tilt and really mess with ur life. Just go with clean diet and Clen. a low dose and HIT should be perfect :)

Tren will make you burn that much on its own or in conjunction with T3?

Wk1 Clen 60mcg. T3 25mcg
Wk2 Clen 80mcg, T3 25mcg
Wk3 Clen 100mcg, T3 25mcg, Keto 2ml

All of this is ED. Subtract the T3 if you like but I say keep the Keto and don't waste your time with Benadryl as I and others rarely see any cleansing effect from it.

Some will argue to avoid T3 all together and some will say just to take 25mcg of it at most. I am testing the waters right now. Last year I was taking like 100mcg of each Clen and T3 and started to get real tired and gain weight. Went to the doc an I had hyperthyroidism. You need to be careful cause it can have adverse effects and either eat away muscle or force your body to gain weight through Hyperthyroidism.

how old r u? T3 without test will cause loss of muscles and personally i hate clen I can achieve same result without clen and adding just 15 minutes extra on cardio but its just me.

Muscle loss on T3 up till 75mcg/ED without anabolics is over exaggerated given sufficient protein intake and resistance exercise.

I lose almost no muscle on T3 thanks to the ketogenic diet. When the T3 increases the action of mitochondria, it does not alter what it uses for energy. Hence, when your body is using fatty acids or ketones, T3 causes more of it to be used.

100% of every gram of carb you eat causes insulin to be produced. Insulin can cause up to a 50% reduction in lipolysis. Clen also increases resistance to insulin = bad

Hence, my recommendation to you for the best results:

Get on a ketogenic diet (recommend Lyle McDonald's book), i.e, no carbs
Eat 1.5 to 2 lbs of protein per LBM
Don't cut too many calories.
Keep cardio to a minimal amount. Steady state Cardio = catabolic on a deficit

Edit: Forgot to mention: low carb diet = low insulin = more Growth Hormone = Higher nitrogen retention = less muscle loss

How can you state that steady state cardio is instantly catabolic on a deficit. That is way too broad of a statement to make when so many other things come into play creating in a catabolic situation.

I will find you the study if you are interested. In a calorie deficit, cardio can at most retain nitrogen balance. It definitely won't be anabolic.

Do you know why carbs need to be eaten after resistance training? Protein increases protein synthesis and carbs reduce protein breakdown. If no carbs are eaten, protein synthesis will equal protein breakdown and there won't be substantial hypertrophy. On a ketogenic diet, lack of carbs will make cardio even more catabolic than normal.

alot of protein that can be done...cut carbs to minimum ok ....how much cardio daily ? i do 30 min daily is it enough?

First of all, don't mess around with the PH right now.

Second of all, jtuner did a very good job with the dosages. He should have added that you should stop at the dosage that you cannot tolerate and subtract 20mcg from that.

The Ketogenic diet is something that is somewhat complicated. I recommend that you read up on it.

Yes, clen + T3 is a good combo. Just don't expect miracles. I would say that its very useful at two points during your diet: 20%+ bf where protein loss will be EVEN more minimal and/or dieting to under 10% bf to assist in busting plateaus.

You cannot know your BMR under T3 med, so, calorie counting becomes a problem. The biggest danger is eating too few calories. That is why, I would suggest that you keep cardio to maybe 2x times/week at first. See how much fat you lose. Then, add more calories via protein, and add a bit more cardio if you need and see if it improves results.

I will be honest with you...by the way you write your posts, you don't seem to be at a point where you should be messing with these chems. Please do more research on your own. You should be a point where you use the advice that I and my fellow posters give you as something to confirm what you already know.

to be honest i know alot about steroids because i've been researching for a while now. but not alot about clen and t3
its been only 2 weeks since i started looking for information about it.
i have 15% and i was hopping it would go down to 9-10% with this cycle...
im researching this diet now.and i will follow your advice of having alot of calories and 1.5 mg of protein/ lb and do cardio twice and see if i start to lose good amount of fat if not i will increase protein and increase cardio
what about the t3 cycle is it for 6 weeks straight or do 3 weeks then off for 3 and return for another 3 weeks?
and do you recommend the using of prohormone during the cycle ?

maybe go up to 75mcg in T3 instead of 100

Def. don't go to a hundred. I would even recommend just hitting 50 mcg every day without tapering up or down for your first experience. T3 can make you feel dead tired and weak.

yea both clen and t3 are strong, first time user be careful, don't be a hero, only use what you can handle. I like to stay around 100 mcgs at most.

So how long would recovery take before running this cycle again? I know it comes down to blood work but on average would 2-4 weeks be enough???

I would prob do 3 weeks max,

Week 1 clen 60 mcg. T3 50 mcg
Week 2 clen 80-100 mcg. T3 75 mcg
Week 3 clen 120-160 mcg. T3 25-50 mcg

Last time I used t3 while on tren just 25mcg per day for a couple months. I might try the pyramid system this time...

But most guys swear by 50 mcg per day for the duration of a cycle.

The thyroid is a resilient gland. It can come back online quickly. I would do more than 25mcg a day though since that's more of a replacement dose than anything.

So most people do 50-75 mcg for 3 months these days then pyramid??

I know those who have ran 100-150mcg for the duration of a cycle. I personally did 80mcg for a few weeks and next cycle plan on using it again but at 100-125mcg.

What benefit would a pyramid system have besides helping you asses tolerance in the beginning and monitoring body temp changes? Once you've got your dose dialed in there's no need to pyramid up in dosage.
