    flu like symptoms

    Hi there.

I just shot my first injection of test yesyerday. I aspirated to check if I hit a blood vessel.
I have a little soreness in my quad but nothing serious.

But this morning I woke up with flu-like symptoms.
I have no fever but my nose is running and I keep sneezing.

Is this just a coincidence or is it related?

Its the influx of hormones into your system what gives you flu like symptoms. It happens because there's been an introduction of a foreign substance and your body perceives this has an invasion and it quickly raises body temp to ward off any infection. It doesn't happen all the time and usually it will occur if the dosages is high or your not use to steroids. It should subside after a few days, aspirin should help. Or you could of just picked up a cold.

    Thanks marcus

I checked my body temp and it's 36.3 Celsius... which is normal.
I don't have chills or anything. Just a bit tired, a running nose and constant sneezing.

I picked up some ibuprofen and some vitamin C and will be taking them for a few days.
I`m not taking tamoxifen yet... I'll use it during PCT...But I have it on hand (+letrozole) in case hyperestrogenism symptoms occur.
Until then I eat a shitload of white mushrooms. They have lots of protein and are a natural anti-aromatase .

The vitamin C won't help after you contracted something but drinking lots of fluids and rest will help.

I experienced the same thing for a few days after my first shot it has to do with hormones as marcus stated or at least did in my case.
