Supercuts?
I am getting ready to start a cycle for my first time and I was recommended something called "Supercuts" or "Super cut" a mix of 4 things. Does any one know more about this and what the mix is?

You don't need 4 compounds on your first cycle, even if it is in a blend.

body fat?
years training?
planned PCT?

5'10"
185lbs
not sure on the body fat
I dont know what to do for PCT?
thats why I'm here I know nothing about all this yet.
I have been working out off and on for years.
I'm not looking to bulk up but to burn fat to get to a low bf % and to put on about 5lbs of muscle.
what should I do?

without knowing your bf or your diet its hard to tell you what to do. as i mentioned diet and cardio burn fat. my suggestion is to start a thread in the diet section and post you current diet and workout routine also if you csn include pics (you can black out your face) it would help to asses your bf.

I have one of those scales that tell body fat, I never really use it because i didnt think they worked well. It says I'm 23% but that seems high to me. I eat well for the most part, I just have fat on my tits, belly and lower back that I cant get rid of. I will get some pics together. do I need to be thinner to start?

the lower the body fat the less chance of estrogen related side effects (gyno, acne, bloat) and honestly if your carrying titty fat gyno would be a concern since estrogen binds to the receptors in breast tissue, bigger breast= more tissue. what your wanting is not that hard like i mentioned diet and cardio is key
what are you doing now in terms of those two

I run about 3 times a week/ 3 miles
I eat under 2500 cal per day.
