Run HCG right up to start of PCT which should be 18 days after your last injection of test E,
PCT
Nolva 40/20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50/50
(thats 5 weeks of PCT and thats the mg to run each week)^
Better get some cabergoline if you're gonna run deca for a first cycle bro. I wouldn't do it as a first cycle, but its your body.

30 yrs old
143 lbs

i just wanna get up to 160 lbs and maintain it after cycle

you'd have better luck doing this naturally with a good diet. If you wanna maintain 160 after a cycle you would need to get up to 170 or so. You don't keep everything you gain.
If you're not aware of what caber is or what its used for you haven't researched deca well enough to consider running it

you need to eat and train longer to establish a better base it can take years to build up the tendons and connective tissue of muscles. if you add gear and start to exert yourself too much you risk the possibility of injury. i suggest you head over to the diet section and get a solid diet layed out and continue to train naturally for now

whats the worst scenario if i dont run cabergoline? and run aromasin for AI?

not sure what could really be the worst that could happen but the possibility of having your nipple cut off then a lump removed from your chest then having your nipple sewn back on sounds pretty bad to me

You dont want to be cycling yet, you have no base and if you cycle you will not keep any of the gains because your diet cant maintain any tissue. You need to train for alot longer than 12 months and you really need to attack your diet and build a base otherwise your completely wasting your time and effect.

i said the same thing, unfortunately you can lead a hoarse to water but you can't make em drink. some learn the hard way when they ae sidelined with an injury or there gains dissapear 1 month after pct.

If you're patient, eat and train right, you'll get to a place in three years --depending on your genetics -- to where you may even wanna stay natural. Patients when training is the key. I used to look in the mirror only once a month when I was BBing. That way I could see the changes more drastically and was more content with my progress and was able to stay natural.
