Total testosterone vs testosterone
I recently had blood work done with a couple tests about 4 monthes apart. One test was for Total testosterone which I was taken about 2 monthes post cycle and was 888. The second test was just labled testosterone and was only 375. Is their any difference between the 2?

total test is all test bound up being used in the blood stream plus free test.
"Free" test is unbound, and available for use.
Free test is what really matters since that is what is available for muscular growth.

Total Testosterone 888 250 - 1100 ng/dL
Total Testosterone was measured by LCMSMS. The LCMSMS method
correlates well with our extraction/RIA method.

Free Testosterone 192.5 35.0 - 155.0 pg/mL H

Can someone please interpret the differences? I know the top method used a different way of testing(LCMSMS method).
