Is my diet good enough?
6am Meal 1 = Poridge + Whey shake
8am Meal 2 = noodles/cornedbeef/ marrowfat peas
10am Meal 3 = MashPotato/onions/gravy + whey shake
noon Meal 4 = noodles/cornedbeef/ marrowfat peas
2pm Meal 5 = Noodles / prawns / marrowfat peas + whey shake
4pm Meal 6 = pan fried Chicken breast / brown rice
6pm Meal 7 = Whey shake / What ever my mother is cooking (usually chili concarne or spag bol :P )
8pm Meal 8 = Pasta / tuna / sweetcorn / saladcream
10pm Meal 9 = Poridge and a final shake
