I would like to do a winstrol cycle. 6 weeks 50mg ed.
prologue:
A couple of weeks ago I did the lyle mcdonalds Rapid Fat loss diets, just to check it out. This is a diet, where for 2 weeks you cut really deep. Almost NO carbs and fats, and only Protein. This is a PSMF as u see. So i got my 1000-1200 calories almost all from protein. The only carbs i took was PRE training, and training was 3x full body per week since u cannot recover on such low calories.
This worked awesome for me, i lost about 1% bodyfat while only losing around 0.5kg in weight.
The question:
Is using AS in combination with a crash diet a good idea, only doing it the last 2 weeks? Or am i better of just being low carb?
