first proposed cycle, please take time to comment guys

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to check out my proposed first cycle. My stats are as follows...
Age - 28
Weight - 209
Height 6'2"
Training experience - 8 years
BF - prob 13%
Cycles - no expereince but have used clen tabs before
My planned cycle....

Test E - @ 500mg/week, split 250mg mon and thurs for 12 weeks ( i was thinkin about running deca or d-bol for first 4 weeks) would ye suggest this???
PCT - begin 14 days after final injection using both clomid and volva

is it also ok to do abit a cardio while running test E

Do plenty of cardio...

Cycle looks fine and id leave the dbol and deca for your next run bro....

With a solid diet and training routine you should make some massive gains...

cheers mate.. looking forward to starting now.. have been on cutting diet the last year to drop over 6 stone so.. when will i start pct? reallt dont wanna get gyno?

Your pct will begin 14 days after your last shot and if your worried about gyno run an ai to be safe...

Yeah i would run some HCG 2-3 times a week at 250iu with an AI ed or eod.

Cycle look fine, I agree with Matt about leaving the deca and dbol out until you see how you respond, have an AI to hand incase estrogen related sides appear. Best of luck
