    Question Dealing with estrogen during cycle...?

    Hello all, I am going to start my first cycle in August, I'm just trying to cut my BF and add a little mass from now to then. I am very susceptible to estrogen. I know there are two types of anti-estrogen's, those that stop aromatization to estrogen and those that clear out your system of estrogen. If I take Adex that it will stop the AAS from aromatizing into estrogen, but I think I have plenty of estrogen in my system already that needs cleaned up, from what I've gathered it would be a good idea to take nolva to clean out my system from estrogen and then the adex will stop the test from aromatizing.

    So my question for you is if it is a good idea, or if you have run adex and nolva during your AAS cycle not counting your PCT? Here is my cycle if that will help...

    Week 1-12 Test C 500mg/Week
    Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/ED
    Week 9-12 Anavar 50mg/ED


    Any help would be great, I'm unsure on how much nolva and adex to run during the cycle and if I should run nolva a few weeks before my cycle to get rid of my natural estrogen. Maybe I'm totally wrong in doing this, that's why I'm posting this thread. Anyhow thanks for reading.

    If your starting in aug that should give you plenty of time to do more research about AI, SERMS, and Estrogen. Here's an advice for you, do not combine nolva and arimidex together. Now if you do some research you will see why. Good luck bro!

    Thanks guys, I think I'll just run the Adex and keep my nolva for PCT.

    Go get your diet straight in the dirtforum. Lower bf with reduce estrogen related sides and you will get more out of your cycle. Imo From your stats your not ready to cycle, you have more to do naturally.

    Thanks guys, ok so should I cut my BF first and then bulk up? I'm currently eating 3000 clean calories a day in 6 meals trying to bulk up more but I'm thinking that I should get my BF down more, maybe 15% and then bulk, what do you guys think? Cut and bulk, or bulk and cut? Thanks for you help, I'll not rush into AAS because I want to get the best out of them.

    You need to cut, and be eating a lot less than 3000 calories. Get to 13% Bodyfat then you can bulk. Post your diet in the diet section for critique.
