question about water holding water?

i did my first cycle with SUS 250 during a deployment, i like the gains but noticed i was really puffy with water weight? now im getting ready to run my 2nd cycle with test E. (or maybe even SUS 250 again?) my question to u is how can i reduce my water weight and the whole "puffy" look? do u guys think i should stick with the idea of running the TEST E. or go back to the SUS 250? i just wana keep my gains nice with the least amount of water weight possible. i know diet plays a good part in it, im not worried about my diet. just would like ya'lls input about which would be better to run (dealing with water weight?) ?

That water is part of the build up of estrogen and can be controlled by diet/water intake and or using an ai during cycle......

What he is saying is make sure you drink plenty of water. More water intake means less water retention. Also keep the sodium/salt down to a minimum, that adds to the bloat.

Keeping hydrated will help a little with bloat but the main cause is estrogen dominance which raises TBG and the best course of action for this is to lower estrogen with the use of a low dose AI.
Be careful not to reduce sodium/salt too low, a common problem on cycle, which is why some guys suffer cramps even though water intake is high.

Unless you cook 100% of your meals there is not much chance of that since most restaurant and processed foods have pretty high amounts of sodium. Keeping the potassium at proper levels also helps with cramps of course.

I cook all of my meals unless I eat at a resturant. Also as for the AI what would u recomend, clomid, novi? And whwn u say a "low" dose, how low do u mean exectly?

AI would be adex or Aromasin
clomid, nolvadex are for PCT.
