when cycling just test enth as a first cycle is it better to pin once a week or twice a week?

Twice a week is better and I'd get more injection spots in your rotation.
I'd pin it with 250mg every 3.5-days, so like on Monday 6:00AM and Thursday 6:00PM.
Definitely do twice per week.

Its better to shoot twice a week but honestly I dont notice a diffrence between once and twice...I just shoot 500mg at once out of convenience. Its alot in one shot! first couple times you do it you will be pretty sore! but now I hardly feel a thing the next day.
Thats my schedule works perfect for me. Twice a week isnt to bad considering test Prop could be everyday...Quote:
