    First cycle advice

    After your thoughts and advice.

    Im 28, 5,11, 175lbs, BF 18% being gyming 4 years for fitness, only been building a year and half. Diets pretty good (i think).

    Ive got TNT 300 for my first cycle, was gunna do 1ml once a week.

    looking for tips, got some tamoxifen , when should i take this?

    you should be lifting for a few years before you even consider steroids . if you only THINK ur diet is good, u need to work on that first, not a cycle.

    agreed...OP what are your lifts like? You need to build a strength base before you even think about putting on a ton of weight. All my inexperienced friends want to be huge by taking AAS, but they don't understand it takes being strong to get big. I don't mean maxing out every freakin' week either. I simply mean AAS are a waste of time if you can only bench 200lbs, squat 225, and deadlift 250. You need to build considerable strength base.

    Now if you you have lifts over 300/400/500, then by all means disregard what I am saying and focus on hypertrophy.
