Need some cycle / PCT advice please

First off I'd like to say hello to everyone. I'm a new member and certainly glad to be a part of your community. I'm posting this in hopes of getting some good advice from some of the vets around here. Thanks in advance.

I'm 32, 5' 10" and around 200 lbs. My body fat fluctuates, but I'm around 12-15% right now. I've been working out steadily for around 8/9 years. I eat good and I train hard.

I did my first cycle EVER around 6 months ago. I ran Sustanon 300 for around 10 weeks. My body responded well to it and I saw good gains in both size and strength. Not knowing s**t, I never ran any PCT and lost most of my gains (stupid I know). I've just now started my second cycle (Sustanon 250). I'm pinning 1ml EOD. I've got some HCG on the way and I'm going to start pinning some like every 3 days throughout my cycle. Now for the questions....

Is 12 weeks too long to run the Sust? I have virtually no side effects from it. How much of the HCG should I be pinning during my cycle? It's been suggested by a friend that I stack the Sust with Equipoise, what are your thoughts on that? Would I REALLY see much better gains? And last but not least, I could use a little help making sure I do my PCT right. I've done some research, but would like your guys' input on it. I appreciate all the help.

you should get your blood work done before you cycle again .

Eq is not worth using and it definitely sounds like you need to do alot more research on this stuff before continuing.

Not being rude, but can I ask why he should stop cycling? He has just started and his blood levels (off cycle) will be what they will be, if he follows his cycle through, does proper PCT and uses HCG he cant be worse off then what he already was right? And chances are that he has done no damage and would be perfectly fine either way?

OP HCG during cycle should be about 250iu, 2-3 times per week. Get tamox/torem and clomid for PCT, post up your proposed PCT and then ask for comments or adjustments.

I see you are pinning sust 250 EOD? I thought the whole idea with sust that is contained several esters which release at varying rates to maintain a steady release of test to keep blood test levels stable over a longer period, one significant advantage of which is that it can be pinned weekly or maybe twice a week (E3.5D)?

Thanks Smashingbox for the input. I'm still racking my brain over why I should shut it down right now. It doesn't make any sense to me. Like you said, would it really be all that much different if I ran this out and did PROPER PCT?

The reason why they are suggesting (to which I strongly agree) you should stop cycling is because you don't possess the required knowledge about steroids to be using them. Equipose is arguably the worst anabolic compound, simply because for most people, all it does is make you hulk-hungry and increase your red blood cell count. In the compounds profile, it "can" increase vascularity, but chances are at 15% bodyfat, you won't really notice it. You never did a PCT with your first cycle, and you have not done any bloodwork before starting a new cycle. Not to offend you, but this is just as stupid, if not more stupid than your first mistake. The worst side effects from taking any kind of drug are those you can not see. Acne comes and goes, a biological problem can last a life time. As well, if your bodyfat fluctuates , that would give evidence that you may not eating as properly as you might think.

I would strongly advise you to post your diet in the diet section of this forums. Even running a proper PCT you will still never keep any gains without a proper bodybuilding diet.

Further evidence of your lack of knowledge of steroids is asking the frequency of pinning HCG, and you don't even have a proposed PCT (unless you didn't post it). I'm not saying you should be a know-it-all, but the last think you should be doing is asking what kind of precautions you need to be take when you've already started pinning. It would be like jumping out of an airplane then asking the co-pilot in mid-air how to release your parachute and land properly.

I agree with cro & redz. Stop the juice, run Nolva & Clomid at 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50 respectively as your PCT. After your PCT get the necessary bloodwork, research some more then you will be significantly better to cycle. Assuming your dieting and training is spot on, you will be able to still have gains during that time frame.

In my opinion no, I cant possibly see how it would make you any worse off. It would however be completely counter productive. But I am not an endocrinologist or a doctor of any sort... maybe these other guys are.

First off, I am not 18. Secondly, your post is extremely inappropriate and not relevant to anything in this thread. Finally, I gave the advice I did because I naively joined this site 5 months ago with zero knowledge about steroids looking to cycle and then got a reality check and read all of the educational threads. I was agreeing, reiterating, and expanding upon two vets posts, how is that giving poor advice ? Also, I took the parachute analogy from another member of this forum.

Cro and Redz have a great point bro, you should do blood tests, you never know what sides might be hidden, you know with Test your HPTA shuts down and you need a proper pct in order to get your blood levels and hormones level close to normal, going on a 2nd cycle without knowing the risks that you put in the previous cycle it would be dangerous believe me. These guys are here to help, they are not here to show you that they know a lot about steroids, they are professionals. My advise for you is to stop your cycle (but i know you will not). So, basically, you have to handle the consequences on going through the cycle, you have to be extremely careful, and any noticed side just cut off.

I personally had 2 cycles before and the 3rd is on hand, I always listened from the opinions and advises of these members, due to them i made a great body, i started with 35 % body fat (without a cycle) and after it was 15 % i went for the cycle.. overall my body fat reached 8 % and had wonderful gains, lean muscles... after i finished my 2nd cycle i had a knee injury so i had to stop for a year and now my body fat is 20-24% and they advised me again to drop it to 15 % and then cycle although i have a good base physic.

Afterall its your body, its your health, your mature enough to take your decisions but take into account the advises they provide you with, it is best for you. They have nothing to loose, but you do...

ok i didnt see that you already started your cycle . and im not an expert,just a guy like you on a mission to monster out.maybee matt or another willing vet will chime in on this. ive done alot of research over time that is why i even offer any advice.protocal is to pct then get blood work to see if your levels are back on track before you do more damage and your on trt forever.so i dont know if it makes much difference now that your on. but if you never recovered you would be adding to the problem.
