Dotcor Prescribed Test
Hi. Have a few questions hopefully someone can answer.
Had blood work done test levels are 200. Im 33. Not good.
Doc prescribed Test Cypionate injections.
I take one shot a week at .5 cc's a shot.
Took the first shot yesterday
Never done steroids before this and am a bit confused at what Im reading.
I havent worked out in about 6 months but I am still muscular.
I am going to start the P90x videos tonight. ( I know its retarded but I cant afford a membership and the dvd's were given to me)
Now. Is this dosage going to do anything for me other than keep me from turning into a women or should I talk to the doc about upping the dosage?
I cant just up the dosage myself cause its monitored ya know.
Do I need to be taking a estrogen blocker?
Are there any other legal products out there that could boost my results?
Basically I havent the faintest idea of what Im doing and need a bit of guidance/tips/plan to maximize this treatment.
thanks in advance.. Co9...

How many mg/ml is a cc?
Yea that's normal, if u want to look at options search for 'blast and cruise with hrt / trt'... how old are you? Is this gonna be a lifetime thing?
Do the p90x and clean up your diet. You will get good gains then try to talk doc in upping dose and plan accordingly to a blast/cruise schedule . Good luck!

I believe 200mg.
Im 33 and I belive this will be a lifetime ordeal.
But if I am going to be on it might as well get the most
Out of it.
I will check out the blast/cruise deal
Thanks for responding.

There are quite a few worse drugs out there to be on for life bud believe me.

Just stick to the prescribed TRT for a few years until you know what you're doing with AAS, training, and diet. After that, you can start adding in other AAS for a few months at a time for cycles.

Yeah I realize that now. Could be much much worse.
I have two brothers, both younger, they have been tested and have
low T. We are all muscular, not slobs or couch potatoes. They are both cops and I work as a intel officer for a private firm.
Not trying to scare or brag just saying we all have a active lifestyle.
Probably more active then the normal 9 to 5 warehouse hand (done it so I know).
My diet is not bad by any means.
I eat a full breakfast, then meal replacement, subway 6 for lunch, meal replacement, subway 6 for dinner and then protein shake before bed.
Meals arent always spaced evenly and sometimes I have to substitute food for a meal replacement but I try hard not to.
Again, My question is what are some other supplements I can take to compliment the prescription test.

eat even more and join a gym
-
what is your meal replacement?

As someone mentioned - There are many worse things to have to take the rest of your life.

you could definitely make the most of it by altering your diet. you should go to the diet sections and they can help you reach your full potential. not criticizing you by any means just telling you that diet is more important than compounds.
