Hi all
new to the site so be blunt! A few years ago was using sus and dec and made a gain of 1.5 stone in 5 weeks and obviously had some retention. Lost all my sise due to major car crash unable to train but now have gone back into gym on the same but with an added extra of nap 50s, anyone out there used this stack b4 and if so how did you find it?
