    pct or after pct

    I know that clen reduces the effects of roids when you are on a cycle. But what about when on pct. Ive got some clen on the way and i was wondering when would be the best time to take it. During Pct or After.
    Pct consists of hcg ,nolva,and clomid

    Clen reduces the effectiveness of roids?? Not too sure about that one.

    actully clen is very common for pct. It helps keep you lean during time when hormones are totally fukd and also increases protien synthisis so holding onto gains is easier.

    Never heard of clen reducing effectivness.

    your so wrong dude, please........................the anti-catabolic effects are pretty much non-existent. keep you lean during PCT? what does that even mean? and increase protein synthesis? lol im pretty sure its a thermogenic.

    if you guys want something to keep your gains, things like igf-1, GH, or peps are what you need.

    done 4 to 5 cycles,, i know i did some dumb shit when i was young,, ive had 3 yrs off b4 this cycle

    Post pictures with those stats, maybe a piece of paper with your username written on it. Secondly, a 7 week test cycle is pointless. It takes 4-6 weeks just for it to kick in. Seems like you may have a lot more research to do.

    i don't know what your goals are or what you're aiming for with this cycle but you could run it during the cycle, near the end (having done 4-5 cycles i'm assuming you're running the test 10-12 weeks?). Given a clean diet you could cut on test E although it's not usually the approach people take with it.

    I said 7 wks into my cycle not a 7 wk cycle

    Yes im running a 10 wk cycle followed by a full pct, My diet is always clean, i have cut up since on cycle im just looking to shed a little bit more bodyfat im at 8-9 % right now, Im still going to eat alot of cals and protein ect. Doing cardio also

    Clenbuterol can also cause a downregulation in testicular androgen receptors and in pulmonary, cardiac and central nervous system beta-adrenergic receptors(6.) possibly making steroids less effective (if there is androgen receptor downregulation elsewhere as well, then its highly probable) while you are on clen ; but definitely making clen less effective as time goes on and you keep taking Clenbuterol . To counteract this, you can take some ketotifen every 3rd or 4th week that you remain on clen. Its a prescription anti-histimines, so itll make you drowsy (take before bedtime). Basically, the way this works is to reduce beta-2 receptor activity, and restore receptor function (15).

    This is the info i was refering to from steroid .com, where i said clen possibly might hinder steroid effectiveness

    During pct we need to eat the same amount of calories if not more to maintain our gains, With estro levels up and test levels down at that point bf risis... THis is what i mean my staying lean during pct. All the research ive done on clen and from my experieces as well support my other claims. Maybe im wrong but this is what ive learned over the years and during my pct clen helped me maintain size much better than without
