Clenbuterol does this sound about right?
I've read that Clen must be taken 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off but I've also read that isn't necessarily true.
How does this cycle of clen look?
Clenbuterol Dosing Schedule
Week 1 - 2 40mcg per day 560mcg total
Week 3 - 4 50mcg per day 700mcg total
Week 5 - 6 60mcg per day 840mcg total
Week 7 - 8 70mcg per day 980mcg total
Take the Clenbuterol in the morning everyday along with 5g of creatine, 50mg of DHEA, 1000mg of L-Arginine, 100mg of CLA, 500mcg of B12 and a protien shake before and after your workout. Before bed every night take 4mg of Ketotifen and a multivitamin.
I'm 5'9 182lbs, I will be doing HIIT cardio while on this every other day along with my 5 day split. Does it seem right?

Why you eating that bloating crap?
Isn't the purpose of your Clen to drop weight or cut?
I've never found Creatine helpful... I find it less likely that it will help you with cardio recovery either.

i cant understand why people even like clen , the results are mild at best and it makes you feel like total horse shit.

I like clen , but it's suspect whether the cutting and weight loss are really due to the clen, or just cleaning up your diet and doing cardio.
Diablo... you may even find that 40mcg is too much to start. Start easy and go up slowly. No need to ever go past 100mcg's, and in my case 80mcg's basically has my hands twitching like I'm on cocaine! NOT A FUN RIDE.
Also, I see you talk about morning dosage....The best way I found to take clen is to mix your daily dosage in a large amount of water and drink it throughout the day. You'll stabalize better, and the hippy/hippy shakes won't be so intense.

Wk1 60mcg ED
Wk2 80mcg ED
Wk3 100mcg ED, Keto 2ml ED
Wk4 120mcg ED
Wk5 140mcg ED
Wk6 160mcg ED, Keto 2ml ED
Taper off sooner if you feel that 160 is too much. I have seen people do Wk5 & 6 at 120 or 140. Most importantly where is your Taurine? I dont see it listed at all. You should take at least 1500mg a day to avoid cramping. PS drop the creatine it's pointless.

at doses like that dont expect to much, im running clen my highest dose is 160mcg but i can handle this stuff no prob

Thinking about trying Liquid Clen from ar-a for my pet mouse. would it be a good idea to use Liquid Keto with it . any low dosing ideas since he's not great with stimulants buts on a cutting cycle but hypo thy. 45yrs 5'8" 200lbs 13% bf on test cyp and winney week 8 first week with the winney. good diet train 4 days a week + cardio 4 days a week intense.Last edited by hwy1378; 05-02-2011 at 06:19 PM.

taper up the clen and run it at whatever dose you can handle.. i have friends that freaked out after 60mcg.. whereas i was taking 200mcg no problem.. everything else looks good

Keto will allow you to stay on the Clen longer. Otherwise you body adjusts to it and you won't see yourcore temps going up as much.
