    Eq experience

    I was going to run a lean bulking cycle at the end of the year which includes eq 400 mg per wk, test 500 mg per wk, dbol first 4 wks 25,35,45,55, then winny the last 4 wks at 30 mg ed,, 12wk cycle

    I was wondering everyones thoughts on eq gains and such.

    stats 24 in june
    5'10
    213
    8-9% bf lifting 10 yrs on and off
    done 4 cycles

    there is a ton of posts and threads on this topic the consensus on this board and a few others is that it is a shitty compound not worth the money. It will may you hungry and more vascular and thats about it...much better options out there.

    Experienced users will tell you that Eq is an overrated vet grade AAS and it is so commonly used simply due to its availability and price. Frankly, I could not argue against that.

    See if you can get some Primobolan Depot for your 12 week cycle and replace it with Eq. Run it at 200mg EOD along with Test E 500mg EW and you will get pretty good results. Primo gains are amongst the most retainable and I doubt one would ever want to go back to Eq after Primo, unless $$$ is the problem. If you do this cycle, you will also not need the Winstrol for the last 4 weeks.

    EQ gave me the munchies 24x7.....and made me hard as a rock.... would not be my choice nor would i do it again...

    Im running that exact cycle right now minus the winny and my test is sus. I've never ran eq and probably wouldn't have had I done some more research on it. Being as most people consider it useless. But I already had so what the hell. Im only 2 weeks in so nothing to report really. Some weight and lil strength gain which would be from the dbol.

    wait it out...you prob wont feel anything until about week 6-8 but around week 4 your veins should be poppin! and you endurance should go up slightly.

    EQ isnt as bad as many make it out to be...It does what it meant to do and is a great pre contest compound if your looking to keep the bloat down and hold onto muscle. Its not a mass builder...just because somthing doesnt make you throw on 10lbs of water in a week doesnt mean it is crap.

    EQ is a solid compound if you know how and why do use it.

    I see alot of guys who run test and pop dbol like its candy and yes they put on alot of size! but they loose alot as well when they go off...eq's gains are very clean! eq and moderate dose of test with some a-dex is a great cycle if you want a hard, lean look, and you dont want to loose 15lbs two weeks post cycle. No you wont gain 10lbs a week like you will with most compounds but you will look hard and lean, and you will gain real gains that are easier to hold onto.

    Im on week 8 of my first eq cycle. I have done test and deca. test and tren and test and Eq cycles now. I find test and deca is great for size but strength never went up that much and I bloated and held water big time. so it wouldnt be good if you trying to keep you weight down for a fight. test and tren was by far the best for strength and size but my energy sucked and I could hardly do cardio. So far my test e and eq cycle Im doing 500mg test and 600mg eq a week and strength is great. engery off the wall, hardly no water retention, "though I am running adex with it". I would say this is the best strength/energy cycle I have ever run. I just want to hurt things when Im training. But it took almost 5weeks to feel this way. Others may not agree but I think its a good mma cycle. you may want to throw something else in for energy but Im not training 6 hrs a day for a fight and like my sleep at night. LOL

    seems like alot of guys dont like the eq,, but the way u described the results of this compound this is exactally what im looking for,, i like to stay as lean and not bloated as possible, im not to worried about weight i just want quality muscle gains

    I like EQ myself,,lean mass,,strength and vascualrity. It stacks real well with testosterone.

    Im definitely liking the positive feed back. I've heard so much negative about eq. Like I said I'm only two weeks in. Patiently waiting for it all to kick in.

    My experience with EQ was rewarding. As the previous posters mentioned it takes a few weeks to begin to feel the effects of it but I encountered the following:

    Increase in vascularity
    Increase in appetite
    Increased stamina

    All in all rewarding. I am not familiar with Tren or Primo. I've heard good and bad things about both.

    However, the only bad thing I have heard about EQ is that it not as strong as many would like it to be.

    Test and EQ is a nice beginner stack.

    Thanks for the feedback, I likt the increased stamina b/c i do alot of supersets and tri sets, i sometimes get worn out easier than other days, cant wait to try eq sounds good to me it works diff for everyone

    Personally I think EQ is a waste of time for muscle building and there are far better compounds out there what will do the job a lot better. There are many threads all over the bodybuilding sites asking this same question and they are only there for one reason, ask yourself why!

    There are many bodybuilders who state they have had great results but I would question this by stating that they are being misdirected by other compounds in the stack, its not the EQ but the other muscle building aas what are producing the gains! It as to be ran for to long at to high of a dose to see any kind of benefit out of it and thats if your one of the very few who think its produces gains.

    Why use something what many claim to be useless, why risk wasting your money and why use up the oil space with something what could be used with great results oiling a squeaking door? All ive ever had from EQ is a raised RBC count what went to a dangerous level and that's it, but we have to remember we all respond in different way and if you have never used EQ it may be worth trying it but log the results and make sure your not misdirected by the other compounds but personally why even risk it when you can use a compound what will build muscles tissue and will give results.

    Not worth trying when there are far more and better compounds out there what will produce gains.

    Sounds like a lot of us have tried several compounds and still like the results of EQ...so whats the problem?

    If it does what you want go with it, sometimes people don't want to bloat up as much as possible.

    Look above and read Dobert's post. He has first done test/tren, test/deca, and now test/eq.

    Like me, he likes test/eq the best.

    Definitely worth trying.

    im going to try eq,, neverknow if i will like it if i dont try it for myself, im either going to run it for 12 or 16 wks, 12 wks would be 500mg wk and the 16 would be 400
