I think I hit a nerve

This was my second time pinning and when I pushed the needle my muscle twitched pretty hard. Even though it twitched I kept going in and injected without pulling the needle out to relocate. I am feeling fine right now but will I be in pain later and what will happen if I injected in a nerve? Do you guys think I did or did I just come close to a nerve group?

Which muscle were you injecting into, ive hit a nerve a few time when doing quads and there no way on this earth i'd of kept going.....

I was injecting into my quad and when I was pushing the needle in it twitched pretty bad and hurt for a few seconds. Today was my third injection and the same thing hapoened except there was no pain. I'm beginning to think it's simply my muscle twitching due to the needle going in so slowly as I dont jab like most of you guys, I push the needle in slow. What do you think?

Yes i don't think its a nerve bro, remember to relax your muscle when injecting people have a tendency to tense when injecting and this can cause similar reaction to what your describing...

Doesn't sound like you hit a nerve. The twitching is just the muscle reacting to the stim of the needle. If you hit a nerve you'd know! You would have pulled out automatically.

Let me make it clearer for you if you hit a nerve or not. You ever bump your funny bone? You know how painful that is? And that's just from bumping a nerve, not from stabbing one with a needle. You would've pulled out if you hit a nerve.

Happened to me a couple of times. I came to the conclusion it was do to the fact that i would tens up. Try not to relax your muscle while pinning.
