starting my clen cycle tomorrow, got taurine and keto. Now, when would I take the keto? once my 2 weeks is up? do I take it everyday or do 1-2 doses a week?

2mg every night from the beginning will prevent tachyphylaxis and keep the clenbuteral working optimally. in my personal experience i have had success with that dose running clenbuteral at 120mcg ed for 28 consecutive days. outside of those parameters I have no personal experience but I would suspect that it would continue to work.

your supposed to take 1ml the beginning the third week all the way to the last week (6th week)


or i heard you just take it the 3rd week, then 6th week at 1ml a day
