At what point does your natural test stop?

Hey guys, first post here hopefully not making any mistakes!

I am not a bodybuilder I am an endurance athlete, I'm 22 and train 15-35hrs a week. I'm interested in improving my recovery and from what ive read it looks like Test is the most common approach. Is it possible to take Test and still maintain my natural production? I guess the dose would be tiny compared to what you guys do!?

Look into blood doping, probably the better move for you

There would be no point. Any dose high enough to make difference will shut down your HPTA in a few weeks.
