Pushing only light weights on steroids... what would happen?
If I was to train, not so much light weights but lighter Like say for example.. I can curl 40 kilos on the barbell at the most but I only curled 20-30 kilos but I ate perfectly... what would happen.. would there be any gains still?

no idea man-never tried it. Ive heard a couple guys that like doing that way, I never go above 10-12 reps, maybe i should give it a try every third week.

Hypertrophy is about intensity. Without that 100% stimulation you get from heavy weight, growth is always limited. You can eat perfect all you want but if you don't give your muscle proper stimulation they will have no reason to grow.
