    need advice from someone experienced

    Been out of gym for a year back in it for about 3 months want to do hgh but don't no the sides. Need help

    Read. there are many places on this board to find all about HGH. 3 months into training is not a good time to start any aas or HGH. I was on this board almost a year before I even did a aas cycle and that was after years and years of training.
