Possible gyno ????

i started a cycle of dbol 45mg ed
super test 400mg week

my dbol were mega underdosed i was on day 25 and not much happened at all so decided to stop cycle, no signs of gyno up to here. well after being off cycle about 3 weeks later felt a little lump behind left nipple which over next 2 weeks has gotten larger and is sore, could this be gyno it didnt occur until after i stopped the steroids?

also my nipple its self isnt actualy sore i dont think, it tends to be the lump behind

I would think that it is a possible sign of gyno, i would start nolva 40mg immediatly then gradually lower the dosage, better safe then sorry brah........ did u ever take anything for pct when u stopped or did u just stop and take nothing?
