    shopping for gear in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Amsterdam

    I'll be in these areas over the next 5 months. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best buys? Also, this is my first time to Europe. What are the laws like? Can I buy gear in Amsterdam and travel around without being checked?

    Puerto Rico is a USA territorry;therefore, federal law apply as with any other state.
